Okay my gems! I am VERY much an olive skinned girl and stumbled upon some sephora gift cards for my birthday. I was wondering when pallette from your experiences so far would be a better one to invest in for this olive girl!

I am dirt poor so I have to stick with my first attempt products which are chocolate soliel and becca in opal for my h&c. However through my extensive research and I'm not joking when I say extensive, my next purchase of h&c products will definitely be the Kevyn Aucoin duo. I'm seriously tearing through what I have to justify the purchase lmao. I need a second job.

Jacqueline, I totally see what you mean now. If I am correct, the right is a contour shade, and the left is a warm tone bronzer. I feel like the best thing would be to physically go to sephora and see which pallette suits my skin better, while keeping in mind what you've said. I definitely have a better idea of how to spot a cool tone now! It's amazing to me how many times I've fallen for that (when brand put out pallettes that they say are for Contouring, but really they just attach that name because it sells. Not because that's what they actually ARE.
