Has anyone heard of blemishes on the actual lip?

Hey ladies, so maybe I'm wrong, but I've had cold sores before and this looks more like a pimple on my lip or something? Has anyone seen this before?

Yaa I'm just confused because I've never had that spot in the center that looks like a pimple when I've had cold sores they've looked more like bumpy.

I don't believe it's a blemish. It could be numerous things honestly. If it doesn't go away in a few days, or if its already been a few days, I'd definitely go see a doctor.

It showed up overnight, I'll keep an eye on it. The only new lip products I've gotten are the tarte exfoliator and three new anastasia liquid lippies.
