I love the lighter color on the inner corner of your eyes. Guys like subtle makeup, nothing too overwhelming.
In my opinion(I hope you don't take it as harsh), it is pretty heavy makeup, and it's extended pretty far from the outer corner of your eye. Try something lighter that'll bring out the gorgeousness of your eyes. :)

To answer your question...no.

95% of the guys that I know prefer a natural look. Most do like a little bit of makeup, but a lot feels like false advertising to them (I've asked). On the flipside, I've never met any guy that wasn't completely fascinated and seduced by a killer red lip.
