Cheap Tinted Moisturiser?

Hey gals
I don't own foundation, I just wear Rimmel powder every day. I want to get a tinted moisturiser-so not as thick as foundation as I hate the thought of it on my face- so I can wear it when I'm going out and make my skin look more even.any recommendations?x
