How To Get My Hair White/Platinum?

Okay so I had been dying my hair a dark vibrant red for about half a year. for summer, I got kinda sick of it and now I'm transitioning to pastel hair (I wanna do lavender first)
So to start, I stripped my hair. Then I bleached it. Then I used an ash blonde dye on top. Then I toned it a few times. now my hair is some weird silver/orange/blonde color. what should I do next? I have a toner that I can keep using, but I want to know what I should use to get my hair like white. (would a bleach& low volume developer work?) I'm not too concerned about the damage because I am spacing this out, and babying my hair in the process.

I'm also in the process of going blonde from red!
I second bleaching again, maybe bleach with coconut oil so it's less damaging or if you go to a salon maybe ask about Olaplex! I've heard a lot of people went from dark to light with minimal damage because of it

Okay, thank you all! and omg Hailey, I was literally put the toner in right before I read that (washed it out the second I saw that) I had no idea! thank you though, I think ill wait another week whilst babying my hair and then do the 20vol& bleach :) thank you again ladies!!:)

SO I went to do it but the color didnt turn out right and I ran out of dye halfway through. fml aha, got manic panic mystic heather that I'm just going to dilute and throw over this, hopefully it works!!
