So after 3 sessions of stripping my hair I went full blonde about a month or so ago but I've only been using purple shampoo which has only made my hair blonder. If I buy Wella T18 now, would my hair get ashy? That's the color I'm going for but I am toning super late.
my roots are growing out but I don't mind it. So will the Wella T18 get my hair to ash, grey? Or it wouldn't make it a difference since I did wait a while to tone it and it is a bit brighter blonde.

If your hair is a warm golden or brass blonde, the T18 will tone it to be more ashy. If your hair is already pretty neutral, you risk going grey or "dishwater" blonde. If that happens you can buy a warm corrector to fix it, or just wait a few washes with regular shampoo for the brassiness to return from municipal water.
Everyone's hair is different, and you may find that the T18 does absolutely nothing on your hair (it did diddly squat on mine) especially since you already use purple shampoo. If it doesn't do anything and you want to go ashier, try mixing a blue or purple dye (depending on whether you need to cancel orange or yellow tones) into white conditioner and toning with that. Be careful with that method though as it is very easy to accidentally dye your hair pastel lilac, though luckily that fades very quickly with a couple of hot showers.

No problem, I bleached my hair from a virgin level 4 brown with red undertones to a level 9-10 ash blonde with white highlights so I've been through it all. Now I'm a level 5 red-violet burgundy because I got tired of bleaching my roots every week! If you have any questions just let me know. :)
