How to use this strengthener??

So a lady at Sallys recommended this to me but I forgot to ask what the best way to use it is. It's called Nail Tek 3 strengthener for hard, brittle nails.

I'm wondering if I shouldn't use nail polish with it until I get the results I want to see and how often I should apply it?

I would just apply it on it's own :)

You can use it as a base coat under polish, and apply through the week of your manicure. If you plan on using it on its own use two coats.

Thanks Ladies! I think I'm going to use it on its own. I'm trying to cut back on the nail polish remover too so for the next month or so I'll just use this and hopefully it will help. :)
