Advice for growing out my hair?

I honestly think your hair is pretty cute as is. I'm wondering, are you looking for tips on how to keep your hair healthy so that it will grow nicely? Or are you interested more in fixing the layers? Because the quickest way to do that would be to cut the longest layers even with the shorter layers so that all of your hair is at the same length and can't flip outwards.
