I haven't travelled in ages so I'd love some advice on what to wear.

I've got a four hour coach journey and a two hour flight the week after next so I'm starting to pack and plan my outfits. Only problem is I don't know what to wear!

I'll be meeting up with my boyfriend when I get there so I don't want to look awful plus weather's unpredictable (could be hot/ warm or cold) on both ends of my journey. I'm travelling late at night and hauling heavy bags around on my own so it can't be something too fussy.

What do you guys tend to wear when you have to do a long journey?

Where are you going? I normally wear jeans or leggings and a comfy shirt and cute flats that are comfy. also bring a jacket with you.

Thanks ladies!

And Justine I'm going from the UK to Norway. I live in Birmingham and fly from London which is why the coach journey is so long. It's been really hot for the past few days too, I'm hoping that it cools down a bit, I don't want to be sat on a really hot coach. :P

Thanks Sabrina that's great news! We're travelling all over but the furthest North we go is Trondheim, so hopefully it will be nice up there too! Don't mind if it's not hot I just want it to be fairly dry :P.

I wore a plain maxi dress when I travelled this week, with a loose knit cardigan and cute flats, it was so comfy!

At the start of the year my boyfriend and I drove from Melbourne to Perth, which is about a 33 hour journey by car, and I just wore either leggings and a top if it was cooler, or a comfy maxi dress if the weather was warmer :)

Oh, and make sure you get up and stretch whenever you can! It will make the trip a little more bearable and you won't be as stiff after travelling :)

It was a £6 one out of Primark! Grab one if you can haha! Either that or a jersey maxi skirt and a slouchy t-shirt!
