To go with what Shreya suggested, you could also curl your lashes and use a clear mascara on them to help them hold shape. You can also use them on your brows.

I'd say either just go no makeup, as if you keep being caught it's a waste of makeup! If you insist on wearing makeup though, brown or clear mascara is a good way to go. In all honesty, no-one cares what you look like at school.
