General help about curly perm.

I posted once before about this and someone kindly gave me some suggestions, but I'm going to be getting s curly perm soon on my Africans American hair... Any tips? What is the process like? Do you know of any salons in the Philadelphia area that have done a good job? Thanks guys.

Do they make curly perms for 3A-4C hair? That was a serious question. or do you mean something like a jherri curl or s curl? These are all serious questions I'm not trying to be funny in any way.

They just use a chemica to straighten your hair then wrap your hair around rods and use another chemical to set the shape
