Well, it all depends on your style, what you feel like wearing, and where it will be. in my opinion, you can never go wrong with the little black dress because it is a timeless yet youthful look and you can totally alter it to your style. as for shoes, be comfortable weather that be you in heels or in flats (I personally think booties are the most comfortable shoes ever!) accessories are once again altered to your style and what you want to wear, so just have fun with it. hair and makeup should be simple, since the highlight is your brother. I recommended a bun of some sort and or a crown braid since it is a very flexible look. you can never go wrong with a pinky/oragney lip since it is that time of year:) subtle eye makeup that highlights your eyes is always a good look, and brows should be natural and nothing crazy. wow sorry if that was a lot to intake, and unfortunately I am not able to post pictures because my phone won't allow me :/ hope this helps, and also one more tip is take in consideration the weather and everything like that because you don't want to wear a short and somewhat sheer dress if it is butt cold outside. okey, I am done!
