I personally wouldn't wear it, it isn't my style. But I think it'd be cute if you paired it with a white tank or tee and ripped high waisted jeans/shorts.

I like things that are different. I would pair it with a white tank and light wash jeans and heels or dark wash or black jeans and combat boots, loose waves.
