Will braids hurt my hair?!

So I'm officially growing out my hair ️an yesterday I asked for tips. Today I want to ask, will a braiding my hair hurt it?! I love to braid it an stuff but I'm worried it might break my hair or something, will it??

I don't think braids should hurt your hair, just make sure not to braid it too tight, and don't use rubber bands at the end, use a hair tie with fabric around it. And while you're braiding it, if you have a knot don't pull at it, stop the braid and kindly work the knot out with your fingers :)

No I don't think it'll hurt, well it shouldn't. it may hurt if you French braid too tight or something but otherwise no.

As the other ladies have said, as long as the braids aren't too tight then your hair will be fine.
