I use the maybelline line stiletto eyeliner and it's a felt tip. I love this eyeliner but I can't ever do winged liner with it because it starts to almost dry out by the time I get to the second eye
Even when it's brand new
But when I do regular eyeliner, I don't have this problem. And it's every felt tip liner I've ever used that's done this too
Has anyone else experienced this??

Yes. I have and I'm not sure why. I typically use pencil or gel now.

It sucks because I love felt tips
And I have yet to find a gel liner that stays on really well haha

I used to do eyeshadow eyeliner and it looks better on me but you can't do a wing with it sadly.

I don't do it anymore I use liquid eyeliner and I don't do wings with my liquid eyeliner.

A weird trick that works for me is shaking it and pressing the felt tip from side to side. Doing so dispenses the liquid so it gets to the entire felt tip. I use a different brand (hard candy) but it might work for you!

I don't use the maybelline stilleto but I use the smashbox felt tip and I never have problems with it not coming out.
I do wings with it all the time.
