I'm not a hair person but I would think that you would have to lift the color and then re dye it.

Wash out as much of the colour as you can before trying to strip it. I personally use dish soap, as many times as needed before most of the pigment comes out. And then deep condition. Afterwards you need to assess how much bleach you'll need. To dye your hair teal it will need to be bleached and toned to a very light blonde with no yellow tones or your hair will look green.

I absolutely love your hair in that picture, but unfortunately I don't know a lot about coloring hair.

You can buy a dye stripper and it goes back to your natural colour 🎀

Before you strip it (I may be too late), try a mixture of 20vol developer, powder lightener & a clarifying shampoo, all in equal parts. Emulsify on wet hair until you start to notice even the slightest difference. Then let it sit for 5-10 minutes and rinse! I use Pravana which is normally a crazy pain to get out of your hair, but that's what I do and it and it came out like a breeze so I could have a clean canvas again. Hope this helps xo.
