What natural products can I use to help repair my damaged hair? Other than coconut oil :) And does anyone know roughly how long it takes for hair to be more normal feeling?

I don't think you can fix that just with oil but do some research on Olaplex, I heard a lot of good things about it. Supposedly it's the only product that can actually repair hair from bleaching as it is used during the actual process to revert the damage.

The only way you can repair damage and reverse it is cut the hair off. you can deep condition it but it will not repair the damage it just makes it soft.

Olaplex is for professional use only and will not repair the hair. it is added into the bleach or color and basically reforms the bonds of your hair. it will help keep the hair in the exact same state it was in before it was in before that said process.
once hair is damaged there is no way to repair it, as Justine said. get a good hair cut and use quality products (salon brand) to help prevent further damage.

What about protein treatments?

Protein treatments can help build up the hair and fill it on, but not repair it. it will still be damaged. you can actually over protein your hair causing it to break off so be careful with that.

I love It's a 10 leave in conditioner. Nothing can really repair your hair but my hair looks and feels way better when I use it.

Nothing can repair the damaged bits - you need to cut it. After that you could use what I do, Pro Naturals. I started in December 2014 and use it for one week in every six. Works well but I use the argan oil leave in treatment after every shampoo/condition because it is a great protector against heat damage.
