So guys I'm about to dye my hair and I was wondering because I have a lot of oil will it affect it? Or no? This is what I'm using!

It doesn't matter. Oils help protect the scalp a bit better.

It should say in the packaging. Usually permanent dyes you do on dirty hair. The dirtier the better.
You should never do it on clean hair unless it's a direct dye (like manic panic), as permanent dyes will take stronger and differently to clean hair and can become super dark/brighter depending on what color you're using, especially in the roots and you'll have a harsh line where your roots end. It can also react differently than its supposed to if you don't follow the instructions, and that's when you get extra red in an auburn, or blacks turning green etc.
