Do you like wearing skirts? I think a skirt would be more appropriate, jeans are too casual in my opinion.

I agree with Alexis, if it's really fancy then probably jeans won't work but a cute skirt would look nice or even some dress pants. :)

My legs don't look right in skirts.

I would do a super dressy shirt, with a lot of jewelry! :)

I think a tank is inappropriate for a fancy restaurant. I'm not a Kardashian fan, but if you're set on pants, Kim and Kourtney have some classy outfits with pants. Google or Pinterest them.

I don't think there's anything wrong with black jeans to a fancy restaurant. My boyfriend is a chef at a very expensive restaurant and we go out to eat a lot to many expensive restaurants as well and although sometimes I wear dresses and skirts I also wear black jeans and a nice top sometimes and I'm not the only one there dressed like that. I wouldn't personally wear blue jeans but I feel that's a whole different look. Think about it, you see pictures of celebrities leaving nice restaurants all the time and they're not always in dresses and skirts. Have a great time & with heels and some jewelry I think you'll look great!

I should also add to of course look to see if there's a dress code to where you're going. My response on the black jeans being acceptable in my opinion is assuming it's compliant with the dress code, and by fancy I assume you just mean a nice restaurant, not necessarily a 4 or 5 star restaurant. When I dine at 5 star or even 4 star restaurant, I find it appropriate to wear dresses, sometimes even long dresses and men should wear a jacket & tie. As long as their isn't a dress code listed on the website, it's casual enough to wear the outfit posted. just wanted to clarify.

I actually really like that outfit and I don't really see anything wrong with it being you don't like dresses or skirts I personally think you can make that outfit look fancy I'm not sure where your eating at but we have a 4 star restaurant here called ruths cris and its a very fancy restaurant and I have seen young adult woman in a similar outfit and nobody raised an eyebrow and this restaurant doesn't allow tshirts or jeans

Wear that outfit on your date it's super cute and casual there's nothing wrong with wearing jeans it's all on how you feel confertable just wear some jewelry to compliment the shirt and possibly something over the shirt like a nice blazer but other then that I hope you have fun on your date girly 😊😊😊👍🏻
