When I watch some of the makeup tutorials on youtube, some of the girls apply foundation first then concealer.

If my goal is to hide something, I'll go concealer first, but when I usr it to highlight (which is most of the time) I'll put it after my foundation

To hide something I'll use another color concealer (green or yellow based depending if what I want to hide)

So from what I'm reading if you're concealing under eyes you do that first then foundation, but if it's dark mark or blemish ect you foundation then conceal. Agree??

Foundation and then concealer. Depending on what you're trying to cover then foundation might cover it just fine but if you need some extra coverage after foundation then use concealer.

Well for me if it is anything I want to correct , like Mark or blemish or blue tone on my under eye, I will usr my concealer first. to put some light (under my eyes , forehead, bridge of the nose etc) I'll use it after.

I do foundation and then apply concealer. Exactly what Alexis said. whatever the foundation doesn't cover that I dislike I then go in with my concealer. Makes most sense to me lol

I always start with foundation bc that will cover some issues therefore necessitating less concealer. Plus when you apply foundation over your concealer it can move it around.

I'm with angela. I do my foundation first, then my concealer. I just feel applying foundation will move my concealer.

If I'm covering a blemish, I'll conceal first. But under my eyes I do after foundation!
