Okay, So I Know That When You Dye Your Hair You're Supposed To Do A Strand Test.. In This Case I Am Doing Highlights.. When I Do The Strand Test, Since I Use A Little Bit Of The Frosting Powder, Can I Leave The Frosting Powder To Just Sit There? How Long Does It Take a For It To Lose Power -And Color?

If That Doesn't Make Sense, I Make The Powder & Mix All Of The Contents It Comes With, Then I Use A Tiny Bit For A Strand Test, (It Takes Me 45 Minutes As It Says On The Box) Will The Rest Of The Powder That I Left That I Did Not Use For The Strand Test, Will That Lose Power? Thanks.
