Yeah. The pink brush it for cleaning nails. The pad looks like an exfoliating pad. But I'd be careful and only use it on your feet.

The pink brush is used for cleaning your nails and toenails, the sponge looking thing (lol) is an "exfoliating" sponge used to wash your face or some ppl choose to wash their body with it.
As for the other thing, I have no idea lol

The rod actually might be for muscle massages? I don't know, we use similar things in track- you like roll it over your muscles

The pink brush is a nail brush. Just apply some soap/cleanser and scrub your nails with it to remove any nasty dirt sitting under your nails. The sponge looking thing is an exfoliater. I used to have one and used it to clean and exfoliate my face, but you could also use it to exfoliate your body, but it is rather small so maybe focus it on smaller parts of your body. I'm not completely sure what the bronzey thing is, but I'm assuming it's for relaxing your muscles like after working out or even if you're just having muscle cramps.

The rod is a foot massager. You lay it on the ground and run the sole of your foot back and forth. It's great after a long day of work or long night in heels!

I love those exfoliating pads with my hydrating body rinse in the shower. It is an all natural sea sponge...dried out and softens more when wet. It is amazing for exfoliating..just be gentle. There should be a band on the back for you to slip your hand through. The pink..I have the same nail brush, but it's great for palms as well...or toenails. Use only for one or the other..just hands or just feet. If you have longer nails, keeps the backs of your nails clean. I agree..the "roller" is for massages.
