Need to change this 15 year hair.

I have had this hair style since I was 16 and I now need a change. I hardly dye my hair but I think I should change the colour as my hair is sooo black. But the only problem is my hair is really fallen out over the years and there isn't much left. My hair is naturally wavy but frizzy. With some oil or mousse it's usually no problem. Any ideas?
