You need to give a bit more information to help us answer your question. What skin type do you have? Are you having a party, going to a restaurant? Is it at night or during the day? What are you wearing or colours that you are wearing? What level are you at with makeup, like neutral eye level or cut crease level? What products do you already have or want to get that you could use?
