Take biotin pills, or silica! They work amazing, and be sure to get your split ends cut every so often it makes a huge difference. Also do a hot oil massage on your scalp, this will increase blood circulation in your head and this will help your hair grow as well

I want the same! I recommend taking a multivitamin. Because hair grows within your body. Also I love Aussie 's deeeeep conditioner (3 minute miracle) deep condition once a week. STAY AWAY FROM HEAT. If you can't invest in a high quality heat protectant. Never put any type of oil on you hair before using hot tools. Use a leave in conditioner. A good product to have is chi silk infusion . I absolutely love it. I've been doing this for about a month and a half and my hair has grew an inch which is amazing because my hair doesn't grow (: good luck

Okay here it goes:
Trims every 6 weeks, cut off a quarter to an eighth of an inch and use thinning shears, not regular shears. 10 minute scalp massages every night. Deep conditioner once a week. Rinse hair with cold water in the shower after shamoooing and conditioning. Shampoo every other day or use dry shampoo every other day. Avoid heat tools, chemicals, pony tails and clips, harsh styling products, and teasing hair. When wet only comb with awide tooth comb. When brushing or combing hair work from the ends up. It's a ten miracle and peratin products work well. Biotin, prenatal, or multivitamins help, im taking a multivitamin called hair skin and nails, it contains biotin plus more and it works wonders. Take care of yourself: less stress, eat healthy, plenty of sleep, lots of water, and daily activity.
Thats all I can think of atm, hope it helps :-)

Take biotin, moisturize and seal your ends with a natural oil like olive oil, reduce heat, weekly deep conditioner, keep hair off your shoulders, use protective styling like buns, wigs, ponytails.
