Hello people of beautylish, I was just curious what you would recommend for a contouring palette for really, really pale people. I don't want to buy a $40 palette that is more suited towards tanner and darker skin shades.

I'm quite pale and I still enjoy the abh light contour palette. I have yet to use the darkest shade but I'm sure I will when I self tan

NARS Paloma contour blush is also suited for my tone :)

I didn't like the ABH pallete at all, super warm which is harder to get away with when you're pale. Try NYX Taupe

Abh in light is definitely perfect. If you want something a little less intense, try bh cosmetics. Get their concealer palette #1 and their contour powder palette #2. They're perfect for the subtle look!

Oh and they're definitely a lot cheaper! You spend less than 40 for both!

All you really need is one contour shade and one highlight, no need for a whole palette. Alma and Jacqueline always suggest the Kevyn Aucoin one but it is quite pricey. You could go for the Mac Sculpt or the Ilamasqua sculpting duo in Heliopolis and Lumos (the light shade).

I'd recommend the Kevyn Aucoin sculpting powder :)

A palette is pretty much pointless unless you do makeup on a wide range of skin tones. Plus all the shade are really warm and orange, basically just matte bronzers.
I highly recommend the Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting powder.
