I love my neutrogena pink grapefruit foaming scrub it leaves my
Skin fresh and as long as I use moisturizer it's not very dry. It's helped clear up my acne!

I have acne prone and blotchy skin also and I use st Ives apricot scrub and it really leaves my skin looking smoother and softer.

You also need to find a good moisturizer to go with it because obviously u can't just exfoliate and not mood tutor but I don't use a heavy duty face moisturizer and it doesnt leave my skin flaky or dry

Using a mixture of coconut and olive oil with oats soothes and doesn't overly scratch against skin. Also using coconut oil as a night time moisturizer can really help with dry, red, and acne prone skin.

There is a honey oatmeal scrub that's very light you can get at any Walgreens or pharmacy.. Also you may be using it to often if its turning you red..

Try only using twice a week an moisturize really well after.. Use one with less grit.
