First off, apologies if this is in the wrong category!
I got my double forward helix pierced around three to four weeks ago and I've been having problems with the jewelry. On one of the piercings the back, which was a ball, screwed off and fell off. I went back to the shop and they gave me another back and put it back in for me.
However two days later the top part of the piercing screwed off and came off. I've never had a problem with jewelry before, and was wondering what I should do.
Should I just buy a new earring, put it in myself or should I go back to the shop again and ask them for another earring?
Any help would be appreciated!

I would go back to the shop and ask for different jewelry.

Yes, agree with Sam, always tighten the balls every once in a while because they come loose so easily. I had my Monroe pierced and the ball was constantly coming off, so annoying lol.

I agree ask for more, maybe get an extra ball or two just incase, but what I do with most of my piercings (especially my lip one since I have to eat and talk etc.lol) is just tighten it if it needs to be, even if its not unscrewing I sort of unscrew it really slightly then screw it back on tighter :)

The same happened to me the other day with my tragus piercing. I screwed it back on and then went back to the place for the piercer to tighten it back up. I've had no problems since (fingers crossed, lol).
