Need hair color help and brassiness.

Ok first:

Recently had my naturally dark hair dyed medium brown and loaded with highlights (always wanted to be blonde thought this would be close). Well some are blonde some are red and some brassy. How can I subdue some of this brassiness?

Second:

What would be a good color for me. I wanted to go lither, but not too unnatural. I'm in love with ashy colors, but I just don't know what works with my skin and features. Open to ALL and ANY suggestiona!

It'll give you a little bit of blond without being to harsh. Hope this helps.

Def! I would love to get something like this. Thank you! I just feel like I have too much going on in my hair right now, these look so much better.
