I'm going to try something new for summer and have decided to get my hair a shade lighter blonde just a bit more blonde. Opinions? Also what is the best color for streaks/highlights I'm saying like light blue or light red or something... Help please!!

I think the blonde would look good but honestly I don't like streaks/highlights that are unnatural colors with light hair so it's up to you I personally don't like them though.

Thanks guys and if not the colors than what would you suggest? I want something cute and new cuz I've never had a color before, I honestly usually wouldn't approve but I think it could look cute done right.
