Have you tried the garnier bb cream? It fits to what you're looking for, and it's adorable 😀

For a foundation, the l'oreal infallible is great :)

Estée Lauder Double Wear or Lorac Natural Performance Foundation! Both are lightweight and long wearing with medium but buildable coverage. I have oily skin and I haven't had a problem with either foundation breaking down from my skin's oils. I can't remember how much they were off the top of my head but I don't think I paid $40 for either of them (:

I think a bb cream would be perfect and light for summer. Try garnier:)

I agree with Alexis, I love love love the double wear. It's not extremely lightweight in my opinion, but it's worth it in my opinion and stays on me all day in the summer heat. Also, if it feels a little too thick for your liking you can mix in a little bit of your moisturizer. I usually mix some liquid illuminator & spray with some fix plus before my setting spray and it is perfect and not too heavy feeling on my face

Btw I don't have oily skin, it's normal with some dryness that I maintain well so I don't have issues with this foundation but I have a lot of friends with oily skin and love it

I also agree with Alexis, I wore the Double Wear to both Six Flags and Sea World and I must say, I'm impressed with how well it stayed.
