For eyes or face? For eyes I like ELF and Urban Decay. Unusually don't use a face primer but have one from Rimmel and another from Murad for oily skin that I like

ELF eyeshadow primer is my fav. It's basically the same quality as Urban Decay. Except UD lasts a little bit longer on your lids.

A face primer primes your face for makeup. It gets your skin ready. Using a primer will allow your makeup to be applied more easily and helps it stay on. :)

be careful with bare minerals, I haven't used it but I've heard a lot of people say that it is made to only work with bare minerals foundation/powder. I think you should ask for a sample to try it out before buying.
