I'm too pale for every brand but MAC. I wear they're studio fix foundation in shade NC15 which is the lightest shade they do. Other make up counters actually recommended me to try MAC after I kept being too pale for their own brands so they are worth a try.

OCC has a really good range. I'm super white, alabaster even and their foundation in R0 suits me well. Either that illamasqua in 02, sometimes I'll mix it with the 01 white base. Youngblood also has a good mineral range for fair skin. MAC's NC15 is even too dark for me.

I had the same problem, I'm ridiculously pale (honestly, I put the colour white to shame) and I struggled for ages with foundation because I have quite spotty skin too! The brands might be a little different as I'm from England but I wear maybelline's 24 hour foundation in their lightest shade at the moment because it gives great coverage and stays on for a really long time :) but I find the less you use and the more blended it is, the less noticeable, so I just spend ages rubbing it in, hope that helped!:)

i am a very pale skinned girl, i don't even match in mac or anything else really. but kat von d, coverfx, makeup forever, and illamasqua match me! and this is coming from someone who is even too pale for mufe's palest shade available which is 110.

I'm super pale too and I go with MAC Studio Fix in NC15. In all truthfulness it's actually a tiny bit darker than my skin but if I sweep it onto my neck I can get away with it, plus when I wear fake tan it works quite nicely. Just the other day I went to the Estee Lauder counter to get a sample of double wear and she matched me to 1N2 Ecru, which if you look at it looks quite dark. I tried it last night and the colour wasn't bad but as it was night time there was no natural light so now I'm wondering what kind of mess it's going to look like in the day time! I mean they don't come much paler than me!

I go from albino to tomato. I hear ya! Cover fx, makeup forever, Anna Sui, and illamasqua are all very good! Cover fx has one that is even lighter than my skin! This is unheard of!

NARS Sheer or Matte Glow in Siberia w/ Lancôme Éclat Miracle mixed in or Illamasqua Skin Base in 3 and 1 (white) mixed together, for this PPP.

Sleek has foundation samplers, I would try those out for a bit so you know your colour

i think sleek is mostly UK tho and not so easily accessible to try and match in the states :/ sleek eye shadow palettes are one thing but foundation you usually want a sample in hand you can see to ensure it matching especially with her situation of not finding the right tones light enough

Loreal BBcream , that is all you will need . I believe the color you'd use is fair or perhaps the color rt before that . I use it personally and I use it on clients and for photo shoots . Plus it's light feeling while giving you amazing coverage

illamasqua skin base... they go very light and even have a complete white.shade you can blend in with the other shades to lighten them

MAC goes pretty fair. I wear an NC15. Some lines also carry a "white" so you can mix with a foundation and make it a shade or two lighter.

Try the lightest shade of BB cream by Maybeline, it's basically a tinted moisturizer with better coverage, so it will blend into your skin. If you feel you need more coverage and just the BB cream isn't enough, try using a blush or bronzer you like and blend it

Makeup Forever shade 110#.. Makeup Forever has a wide range of shades. Urban Decay Naked Foundation also goes extremely light. I have yet to have a fair skinned client that I couldnt match in one of these.

I'm also super fair, so I know how you feel.
Bobbi Brown, Illamasqua, Dainty Doll, Sleek, and NARS run very fair. I think Bourjois may go very light as well. Most foundations don't go light enough for me (including MUFE and MAC... although MAC has released an NW10 shade of Studio Fix Fluid so you may want to try that out). If you like how a foundation wears on you but it's too dark, get a white foundation to mix with it. (Illamasqua, MAC, and Face Atelier all make white foundations. Coastal Scents has a white mixing medium, too.)
