Is it the first time you shave?

You'd probably get a better result if you wax than shave

Mine has nothing to do with shaving. It's just dry spots, I commented on your other thread. Just exfoliate and then moisturize. I have to do it daily or it comes back.

I agree with exfoliating and then shaving or even getting them waxed

It could be razor rash? what do you use to shave? cream, soap, oil? is your razor new or old? these could be factors. I normally use a new disposable razor every time I shave and find using baby oil great for shaving. leaves my legs super soft with no bumps

Yeah seems like razor burn to me- make sure to moisturize with something gentle/non scented and next time you shave be sure to not press hard on your skin!

I use a loofah that I got from dollar tree and a the apricot scrub that I got for my face and I just use it for my legs now. Then I use jergens aloe vera moisturizer.

To me, that looks like keratosis pilaris. It's what happens when your body creates too much keratin in the hair follicle, causing the little red bumps. It's a common condition and a lot of people have it. It's easy to manage though:
Don't use a loofah or over-exfoliate because you'll just end up pissing your skin off and make the bumps worse. Use a gentle body exfoliator. Follow up with a lotion made for dry, rough skin - look for ingredients such as urea and lactic acid. Curel and Eucerin are good brands. Avon also has a duo of products especially made for KP - a scrub and a lotion. I use them both myself and they work great. Here's a link to them: https://www.avon.com/category/bath-body/moisture-therapy/derma-restoring/
Just always remember to moisturize, and within a week or two the visibility and texture of the bumps should subside.
Also remember to always use a fresh razor, use an adequate amount of shaving cream when you shave, and exfoliating before you shave will help as well. That'll also help as well in reducing the bumps on your legs :)

My legs do that every time I shave, I thought it was because I'm ghostly white. It goes away after a little while, an hour or so? I don't actually pay attention so I don't know for certain, but it does fade. I don't put lotion on though because it burns and then my legs stay red all day. You might be different though, because you're about seven shades deeper complected than I am. (Not kidding, I'm whiter than egg shells, especially my legs. I'm basically glow-in-the-dark.)
