Used it for a year, didn't see a big difference. It is very sticky.

I love this oil for internal health..that aids both body and skin.

It works much better when actually taken. For an extra effect, apply olive oil or coconut oil to the face as a moisturizer or makeup remover. They both contain vitamin e, so you'll be getting it internally and externally :)
