My skin has always been naturally oily, but now it seems 10x worse with makeup. I currently use Trish McEvoy liquid foundation in Toffee. suggestions on any makeup products/tips to help achieve a less oily appearance. Thanks all of you. 💕

Powder! I'm pretty oily, and personally hate using powder, buuuut it helps if you wanna stay shine-free. I would recommend a translucent one though! Nothing with coverage, it'll cake. Also, blotting sheets are LIFFFFE! That's what keeps me shiner since I personally don't like the matte look, nor powders.

Thank you, Les!
What would you recommend as a good mattifying primer?
Thank you also, R T. I'm not a fan of powder either but I'll give that and blotting sheets a try!

My favorite is NYX HD translucent powder :) if you use very little, it leaves the skin looking sillly and not powdery! Good luck.

MUFE step 1 skin equalizer matiffiying primer works great!
I have combo skin so I just use it where I get oily and it's sooo amazing.

Also for the powder I use the MAC mineralized skin finish natural then spray fix + afterwards.
I don't look powdery at all, fix + takes off the powdery look and makes me look dewy which I've been into lately.

Pair it up with her translucent finishing powder. All my years here at BL you are probably the second person I come across who has used TM products. Murad Mattifier is also pretty good too. It acts as a primer as well even though its not advertised as such but certainly keeps the oil slick from coming up on me.

Thank you so much, Shelley. & yeah. It's so hard to find people who actually use her products!
Thank you Katherine. I've never used them but will definitely have to give that a try!
