It looks fantastic! I'm so far behind in makeup times. Looks gorgeous and I really like that you chose a not so trendy color.

What was the inspiration for this look? Maria, I'm not sure if your aware but we would like to see a bit more information on the motd threads so that they help develop conversation. The fact is usually motds should actually be posted to the personal profile with added product's used linked to it but we've noticed so many thought they could make threads instead so we've compromised and let it slide a bit But unfortunately so many were just posting motds in great amounts with just product's used yet still no reason as to why make a thread if it could just be posted to the profile. So we would like to see more detail about the looks but not asking for a book lol just a bit more info, hope you understand. :) by the way that color looks good on you.

I was inspired by auroras look on here. And this is the second time I hear this but thanks for going into a more depth explanation. I actually was looking for constructive criticism and advise, since I'm no expert. I fingure with everyone's input that it would give the thread value. Also I posted the products I used for anyone intrested in achieving the same look, since aurora dosent have a list of products.

Perfect everything you just said would be great added to the top of your thread. What type of brush did you use for mid lid and also for transition?

I really like how it turned out but for me the green looks so harsh I would blend more that's just me but if you like that all that matters. so far I like everything about the look.

Thank you for pointing that out Cristina. I felt the same way so I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought so. But I'm working on my blending and transtions especially with cutcreases.

FFor the lashes I used clear Ardell lash glue.

I think you did a pretty good job at it. I see the shape you're trying to achieve. The liner works very well. Your eyebrows are noice!! The blending is there as well.

I would suggest a couple things, if you don't mind.

I would maybe create the crease line more clean and sharp and the liner a bit longer.

I really do like.

Thank you Diego. I do struggle to with trying to get a good crisp line. I'll draw the line and than struggle to blend it out so I end up try to use a transition color to blend it out but its not working for me bc it'll just look to thick. But thank you for the tips, I will be applying em on my next attemp.

Girl I swear I love all your looks! I have some trouble as well with blending but you give me hope! 😍

It's ok if it comes out looking thick. The thing cut creases, that I learned, is we HAVE to practice them a lot. No matter if one is looking slightly bigger than the other eye or if the blending isn't perfect. We learn from trial and error. And to be quite honest, it's much more beautiful when you mess up because you are able to see what works for you and what doesn't. If you feel like you aren't satisfied with your work just think about all the other people that are.

Blending shadows can't be a pain in the ass sometimes but again, trial and error is a great way of learning and gaining experience. Practice makes perfect.

The way I used to blend shadows was... I would apply lightest transition color very close to my brow bone and them gradually increase the intensity of the shadows as I went went down to the crease. I would use a lot of brown and then black to make the crease look more clean and dramatic. I would then grab a very lil amount of concealer and apply it to the lid. That would work as my base for the lid colors.

But your blending looks good. So maybe just a lil more practicing will improve that much more.

Tht is definitely true, practice makes perfect. See thts what I try to do. I try to transition to the darker colors to make it look super blended. I can't stand unblendd eyeshadow lol so I really try to work on my blending but I still have along way to go.But yes I'm learning frm every eye I do. I appreciate the love Diego and thanks for the advise.
