My face broke out when I used the porefessional primer and now I'm scared to try another one, I was told I broke out because of the ingredients and the silicon in it. Does anyone have a primer that they suggest??

The étude house beauty shot face primer. It's silicon free and has SPF! I use it all the time and it never bothers my EXTREMELY sensitive skin. it is a Korean brand, but it is available on Amazon. Hope this helps!

When I went to the UK last month I bought two from boots (buy one get one free), the brand is called Seventeen. One was called stay matte 24 hours or something, it's a white tube with a black cap. The other one is a oil free primer (I'm using it now and it's really great!) in a brown tube with a pink cap. I'm sorry if this was confusing, I'm awful at remembering product names.

Hourglass Mineral Veil primer is the only one that doesn't cause my skin grief. Its just super pricey and since I don't reach for it everyday I recently bought the travel size instead of full-size. It isn't loaded with a bunch of nonsense like the one you used that caused your skin so much grief.

The Laura mercier foundation primer is a dream, I have had the same problem as you before and I only wear this one and it gives amazing results, it's really a cream gel, and I feel that it's something similar to a Mac primer but correct me if I'M wrong! hope you give it a go:)
