I'd say scrunch wet hair with sea salt spray and let it dry naturally, then pin a little bit of the top layer up but leave a few tendrils loose :)

The lush one is good, so is the organix and not your mothers- they're all affordable options

I love the Schwartzkopf Got2B beach matt mermaid look texturizing salt spray, it's really good and smells pretty :)

I second the Not Your Mother's sea salt spray. (Also, Sif is awesome.)

I get that exact same look in my hair by washing it then putting my hair up in a towel for about half and hour after that I usually take my hair out of the towel and go straight to sleep without brushing it or anything when I wake up bam that exact hair and then I can play with it to whatever I want to do that day

Thanks for the suggestions but one last thing - which shampoo to use? I normally sue ones that make my hair smooth but that makes it go straighter - any suggestions on ones that would give it more volume?
