I hear mederma and strivectin actually work but you really have to it apply it two to three times a day so I havebt tried them yet. will when I get a better set schedule.

I used Strivectin after I had my son. I had awful stretch marks (huge red and purple lines over my entire lower stomach) and it really took them away. I basically don't have any stretch marks now. It's pricey but I thought it worked.
