I'm sorry, but the outfit seems kind of like a waitress. Which is fine when your working for tips right, but she's in 6th grade I think colour would be nice to add to her outfit. Like with the black pants maybe a yellow tank top over a blue tank top with a cute high knot it hair bow...? This just seems very flat for such a young girl..

Maybe were not seeing the outfit right, but my first thought was school uniform. As far as hair, if it's that long, try the Ariana Grande super sleek high pony, pull a piece from the pony and wrap it around the base and secure it with pins under the pony. You could also do a regular pony and place a now just above the base. Accessories can make any outfit much more stylish in my opinion.

Oh okay! I'm sorry then!! I would do cute curly pony tails, can she wear hair bows? I love LOVE hair ribbons and bows haha I have two little girls and I'm always stealing their clips haha. Can she wear polish? Colourful nails can help pop an outfit too..
