I have extremely oily eyelids and I love Too Faced Shadow Insurance. I've never tried it but I've heard good things about the Nars one as well :)

I wouldn't say my lids are very oily, but they are oily. I have a smashbox shadow primer that keeps everything well in place. :)

Mac Pro long err concealer can be used as an eyeshadow primer it mattifies the lids. Amps up your eyeshadow colour and also lasts all day and all night. It is a great multi asked because then you can also use it to conceal under your eyes or even highlight and sculpt out your face so basically you save money as opposed to having 2-3 different products you just get this one and it is amazing and worth it!
