I will also go for Gergens, I used it when nothing was working and it really worked like magic.

I have thin skin from years of topical steroids for psoriasis. My favorite last summer was Jeegens gradual tan for light skin in mousse form. I also used their face tan for light skin without issue. Exfoliate and lotion up your elbows and knees...working I n small areas and wash your hands right away when your done. I'd do it at night and let it air dry before putting on pj's.
