I have both which I can swatch for you :)
I prefer Granite because I have jet black hair and my brows are jet black, so it looks more natural.

Granite is more cool toned, slightly darker than ebony. Ebony is slightly warmer. I have black hair, black brows and I much prefer granite!

I have black hair as well as black eyebrows and I'm not sure what colour I would be in dipbrow. I can't go out and swatch it in stores as I live in Australia and it isn't available.
