Also do you think I could wear it kind of roughed up/textured to keep some days to keep the heat damage down and what products would I use to achieve that look? I'm such a hair novice.
I work at an animal hospital now and want to look professional, yet still be able to pin back my hair if I need to. I'm also hoping for a promotion.

That cut would look so classy and gorgeous on you! And for texturing products I just bought the tre semme perfectly undone foam, and it's amazing! it gives my hair that natural beachy look!
