Opinion for new hair cut, please?

My BL sisters, you have never let me down! What do you think of this for a new cut/style for me? I'll keep my standard highlights. Do you think the cut is asymmetrical or is it deceiving because one side is tucked behind her ear?

Also do you think I could wear it kind of roughed up/textured to keep some days to keep the heat damage down and what products would I use to achieve that look? I'm such a hair novice.

I work at an animal hospital now and want to look professional, yet still be able to pin back my hair if I need to. I'm also hoping for a promotion.

So many questions, I'm sorry! Thank you in advance, my loves!

That cut would look so classy and gorgeous on you! And for texturing products I just bought the tre semme perfectly undone foam, and it's amazing! it gives my hair that natural beachy look!
