What's your skin type? Oily/dry/combo? And does this always happen or just that certain time of the month?

Have you changed anything in your diet/lifestyle? Any new makeup/facial products? Because that can indeed break you out. Also as your body changes and you grow, your skintype can change. I used to have combo skin as well and now I have mildly sensitive/dry skin. So I'd look to see if there's anything that you changed within the last 3months. If everything is the same as before, it could be stress acne. You can try a few purifying masks to get rid of any access oil or to relax you. It should help with the acne :)

I agree with what's said above. It's spot on. I also suggest if you can to make an appointment with a dermatologist. Regardless if it is a life time break out or just ever so often. It's something to get checked out.

Everything that the other ladies have mentioned is spot on! I have a product recommendation that may be a life savor for you :) it's Merle Norman miracol revitalizing cream. It's a mask that basically draws out impurities and decreases inflammation. Many people, including myself, were amazed by how quickly it begins healing acne. Literally just a few hours after using the mask pimple size and redness is decreased dramatically. Trust me on this one! Good luck my dear :)
