I haven't found a high end one I was crazy about yet to pay 30 dollars but one I really like currently is the Lash bloom by covergirl.
I don't have any problem with clumping with this one and it gives fullness and length. I do like to curl my lashes and this does weigh them down slightly but it's one of the better ones to keep a curl from drugstore and high end mascaras I've tried.
Using it with Estee Lauder little black primer, it keeps the curl great and helps add thickness still without clumping, giving a nice fanned out look.

The formula is actually quite thick, but it is good at volumizing lashes. I don't find that it lengthens them. A good separating, volumizing, and lengthening mascara is Lancôme Hypnose lash

I absolutely love no7 lash impact it's my favourite ever mascara doesn't clump at all so natural but gives so much length and volume I live in England and I thinks it's £20 here

I have yet to find a high end mascara that I like better then my loreal voluminous original. my biggest problem with mascara is clumping. this doesn't clump at all and gives great volume and length. my all time favorite mascara.

I really love buxom, Lancôme, and Chanel le volume. Haven't fallen in love with anything else. Buxom is probably the best of those in my opinion. I do want to try the newest urban decay

My favorite combo ever is the tarte lights! Camera! Lashes I believe. It's the one in a purple tube with I believe gold design in it. I use that first and then top it off with urban decays perversion for more volume. Unfortunately all my mascara melted onto the brush in my car and I'll be needing to replace them now :( thankfully they were samples from my ipsy bag!

Sephora has a sampler set called Lash Stash To Go. It contains Tarte's LCS, Lancome PAris Hypnose Drama Mascara, Blinc Inc Amplified Mascara, Josie Maran Argan Black Oil Mascara, and Too Faced BTS. All of these little samples are $25! I think this might be a good way to see which mascara you will like!
