I own the monarch KVD palette & one of the true romance palettes & I would definitely go with the shade & light. It looks so beautiful & you can wear her palette for any occasion. I really love her palettes.

I like the colors of the tarte palette best I've been wanting it. But I've never had tarte eyeshadows so I'm not sure of the quality, while KVD shadows are amazing. I just wasn't big on the colors in the shade light eye palette.

Yes I'm looking for neutral colors. I went to Ulta and they were out of tartelette but saw the one they had out for swatches and it was gorgeous but I thought to myself I already have naked 3 and the colors are just too rosey and similar in some ways even though they're half shimmer/matte. Why are all the palettes so gorgeous! I'm going to check sephora soon.

The tartelette palette is awesome...but I've been eying the KVD palette, I have the monarch, chrysalis (sp) innerstellar and the star studded and I love her formulas. I think either one would be a great choice. I do have to say I reach for the tartelette more than I thought I would.

The Stila eye are the windows palettes are amazing pigmented creamy and matte te neatral palette is the best one. Also makeup geek single eye shadows in the matte shades are great to and you can build your own z palette they are as good quality as mac for half the price!
