I'm the same shade and I love Nars Albatross a little goes a long way..Bobbi Brown shimmer brick for a stronger highlight coz it has more shimmer..for cream highlight Mac Hush and I love the pink shade that's in the too faced chocolate bar palette called champagne truffle..that's my everyday go to highlight

I'm nc37 and I love Revlon Skinlights in Bare Light and Nars pro prime radiance enhancing primer for liquid/cream.
For powder products, I think Shiseido Satin Face Color in Soft Beam Gold would be perfect for your skin tone! It's great for me in the summer but in the winter it's a bit too golden for me. :)

Oh and I forgot to mention that the Shiseido powder is not *shimmery* although it does give a glow. It's got the tiniest light reflecting particles that make it look super natural on the skin, a bit of a "lit-from-within" look! :)

I am also an NC 42 and I have a few you would love: Mac Msf in Soft & Gentle, the balm Mary-Loumanizer, Nars Albatross (very subtle), Becca shimmering skin perfector (pressed) in Opal and Rose Gold, Bobbi Brown in "Bronze Glow" (it was limited edition) I don't know if it's still out. :)
