I dyed my hair red-ish a while ago and ever since then I've had a big trouble getting it to light blonde. I dyed it lavender but it turned more grey in areas, even after bleaching and toning twice.

How do I make it more purple without damaging my hair?

Well try to use toner shampoo, like violet shampoo, it will help get rid of brassy tones and if left on long enough on already bleached hair like that, it will definitely add a purple tint to the more grey areas though it isn't a permanent solution like dying your hair the right color is

A different kind of lavender colour, one with more pink tones in it will do the trick. the pink will make the colour more vivid and less dull and grey :)

I recently bleached dark red out of my hair and my hair honestly hadn't ever been so hard to lift colour before until the red, to me if your hair is the colour in your profile picture you're going to have to lighten it even more to achieve a pastel purple colour or for it to be even. Toner will only work on light hair, not dark yellow/orange hair.
